I grew up in a town near Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with my parents and two sisters and obtained my B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in Business Administration. Soon after, I relocated to the Minneapolis area and began my professional career at Carlson Companies. I later joined G&K Services and then moved back to the Eau Claire area in 1999 to start my staffing career with Kelly Services. Gaining experience as a recruiter, branch manager, and on-site manager, I credit those eight years as giving me the foundation necessary to help clients and professionals meet the challenging needs of work-place flexibility. I was drawn to Certes' unique culture and relationship-based business philosophy and am thrilled to be a part of the Certes family.

I enjoy spending time with my son, Joshua, and attending his basketball, soccer, and baseball games. When I am not attending one of his many sporting or social events, I enjoy working out, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
