I was born and raised in Ames, Iowa, and grew to love the town so much I went to college there, too! A Cyclone through and through, I graduated from Iowa State University with a B.A. degree in Communication Studies. During my junior year, I studied overseas at the University of Wales in Swansea for a semester, which still proves to be one of the best experiences of my life.

I spent my first three years in the real world working at an advertising agency here in the Twin Cities, gaining valuable experience in marketing, corporate communications, and relationship management. At Certes, I'm empowered to leverage my strengths while continuing to grow and develop as a professional. Certes is a place unlike any other and it’s truly a blessing to be a part of this one-of-a-kind team!

Most of my spare time is spent with my husband, our baby daughter, and our lovable black lab. We enjoy camping and road trips during the summer and watching college football in the fall. I also have a passion for photography and a camera is always within arm’s reach! In keeping with saving the best for last, spending quality time with family and friends is always at the top of my list.
