I grew up in Central Minnesota and graduated from the College of St. Ben's with a degree in Accounting. After marrying my high school sweetheart, I jump started my career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Public accounting taught me the importance of building relationships with trust, honesty, integrity, and genuine listening.
Five years into my career, I decided to make the leap into industry and took a Controller position in the weather services industry. When that company was sold, I became a Certes contractor. A contract assignment at Best Buy turned into permanent position in Manager and Director of Finance roles. While I enjoyed my 7+ years there, I found myself looking for more opportunities to mentor and coach others and that's when I decided to return to Certes. In my Director of Client Services role, I can make my work more meaningful by focusing on developing and managing relationships and helping others reach their potential by tapping into their passions and talents.

When people ask me what my hobbies are, I pause for a second and then confidently reply "people." I find every excuse in my spare time to get together and have fun with friends and family. Nothing brings me more pleasure than my two beautiful daughters and one very energetic grandson. I also enjoy reading, playing piano, and the spa!
